The CAUCE Marketing Awards recognize the best marketing practices and initiatives in the field of continuing education. These awards recognize your outstanding marketing efforts and focus attention on the communication aspect of program planning and development. We would like to salute the people who make university continuing education better and we invite you to submit your best marketing work for consideration for the 2012 CAUCE Marketing Awards by Monday, March 5, 2012. Award winners will be recognized and celebrated at the CAUCE Annual Conference, which will be held May 27–30, 2012, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The CAUCE Marketing Awards have evolved over time. In our continuing efforts to promote best marketing practices and the highest standards, we work to ensure that our award categories are reflective of today’s marketing practices. For a full description of these categories, click here. Last year, we invited marketing and advertising industry experts to participate in the final selection process, which provided a fresh perspective in evaluations. This year, we will once again invite industry experts, to encourage objectivity and complement the knowledge of the academic industry. Marketing is a very important part of our business that contributes greatly to the success of our institutions. Whether your marketing objective is to promote awareness, recruit or retain students, or build on your institution’s reputation – we’d love to hear about it. Submit your best work for consideration for the CAUCE Marketing Awards. Please forward this information to anyone in your department who is responsible for marketing and communications, or who has implemented a great marketing idea!
